I decided to book a photoshoot and work my ass off to transform my body but most importantly my mind and how I felt about myself.
5 months later of hard work and counting my calories, sticking to the plan, and remaining disciplined and I lost 14kgs and tonssss of body fat and cm's while still having good muscle tone and shape.
It was hard. The sleep deprivation doesn't help and breastfeeding also makes you so hungry. But I knew I couldn't continue like that.
So I did it. And I want to help you do it. Because you can. And you are allowed to want to feel sexy again. You should be happy mommy and your happiness will affect the whole household.
